A very tall large headed variety, this collection of single late Tulips will create a bright and colourful display from late April to May. The collection includes 10 each of Alabaster (white), City of Vancouver (yellow), Kingsblood (red), Menton (rose-pink and light orange stripes), Queen of the Night (deep purple) and Temple of Beauty (salmon-orange) Height 65cm. 11/12cm bulbs supplied.

Plant at approx 10cm deep.

Soil Type

Well drained garden soil

Plant bulbs in well dug soil about 8-10cm deep and approx 15cm apart. It is often beneficial to use a little bonemeal or super phosphate mixed in with the soil. Tulips delight during their growth in a sunny location.
After the tulips have bloomed and when leaves fade and turn brown the bulbs can be lifted, dried, cleaned and stored in a cool place until planting time. Tulips should not be grown in the same soil for several years, so replace with fresh soil every other year.
