A Northern American variety from the Sunflower family known as the common blanket flower. These sunny flowers produce a deep red ray floret fringed bright yellow that surround a purple-brown centre. The hardy compact perennials are easy to grow and will attract pollinators such as bees into the garden. Highly resilient, they have a great naturalising potential and prefer to be planted in sunny areas of the garden where they will thrive but can also tolerate partially shaded areas.
